Often, we write reviews when we're upset and may later decide to edit or delete them. Mistakes happen, and at AllReviews, we provide tools to ensure users retain control over their opinions published on our platform.

Below, we outline the key features available when creating a review on our website. Just as there are no limits to writing reviews, we also support editing them, recognising changes in opinion or the need to add extra details.

Edit a Posted Review

If you've posted a review and wish to adjust it—whether to add or remove details, or clarify points—this can be done easily from your user panel.

  1. Log into your account at the top right corner

  2. Select the "Edit Review" option

  3. Make the desired changes

  4. Click Save

At AllReviews, we make it clear that we do not support editing reviews under duress or coercion from companies. If you face such a situation, please contact us to report your case.

Things to Consider When Editing a Review

Our commitment is to transparency and honesty. At AllReviews, we offer these tips to consider before editing a review.

  • Is it necessary? Correcting minor errors or spelling mistakes might not be essential, although a well-written review is always appreciated.

  • Are you doing it voluntarily? We do not tolerate companies pressuring users to change their reviews. If pressured by a company, please get in touch with us.

  • Does it contain personal or sensitive information? Avoid posting sensitive details that could compromise individuals involved or affect third parties. Focus on discussing the brand and your personal experience, steering clear of personal data that might lead to account suspension.

Delete a Posted Review

Users can also delete their reviews if necessary. This option is recommended if you've reviewed the wrong company profile or there’s been a misunderstanding. If your issue has been resolved, read on to learn about another option we provide for users to acknowledge that the company has addressed their concern.

Only delete your review if absolutely necessary and without outside pressure. To delete a review:

  1. Log into your account at the top right

  2. Click the "Delete Review" option

  3. Confirm your action by clicking accept

What Does It Mean to Mark a Review as Resolved?

At Reviews International, we now offer the feature of letting other users know when a company has resolved the main issue that led to a negative review.

Currently, users do not have direct access to this feature. You'll need to confirm that the company has addressed your concern. We then mark the review as “resolved,” a beneficial action for companies wanting to improve their public image. Contact us to mark your review as resolved in situations where:

  • The entrepreneur reaches out and satisfactorily resolves your issue, indicating the company has addressed your concern and proposed a solution.
