My reviews received a verification request
Businesses you’ve reviewed might contact you if they think you’ve referred to the wrong company or violated AllReviews’ guidelines.
Why Would a Business Reach Out to Me?
It’s common for businesses to reach out regarding certain reviews. Here are some reasons they might contact you:
Unrecognized as a Customer:
If a business can’t verify you as a customer, they might request more information. This helps them address your issue more effectively.
Review Posted on Wrong Profile:
If it seems like you’ve posted your review on the wrong profile, the business may ask if you meant to review them.
Guidelines Violation:
If your review includes confidential or personal details, the business might ask you to remove it.
Eligibility Concerns:
If a business questions whether your review meets AllReviews’ criteria, they may seek more information to verify your experience.
This guide explains when and why a business might contact you about your review, ensuring transparency and resolving any concerns effectively.
How Does It Work?
You’ll receive an email from the business to the address linked to your account. You can choose how to respond. You’ll have one week to address their request.
What If I Disagree or Don’t Respond?
If you disagree with the request, choose not to respond, or don’t provide enough information, your review might be removed after our team reviews it.
This process ensures fairness for both parties and maintains platform integrity.
