I won’t be ordering from them again. I’m annoyed because the dress arrived with a clear fault and instead of swapping it they only offered a refund. I ordered a dress to match the kids for Easter well ahead of time, tried it on, popped it back in the bag and only noticed properly when I took it out to wash — the skirt was sewn the wrong way round, so the slit ended up at the back. Not what I ordered. I messaged straight away with photos, even though it was just past their 30‑day window. I hadn’t worn it; it was clearly defective. All I wanted was a replacement so it would match the rest of the outfits. They refused, said they could only refund, and that was that.
I get policies, but other retailers I’ve used would either replace or at least waive the rule for a manufacturing fault, so this felt cheap and inflexible. What surprised me was the actual fabric and finish — it was nicer than I expected, and colours matched well — so it’s a shame service let it down. Now I’m left either paying more to re‑order the same dress (sale’s gone) plus postage, or mismatching everyone. Also annoying: I tried to upload the pics to show them and the site wouldn’t let me, so that didn’t help my case.
So yeah, decent product quality, poor customer care. I’ll take my chances elsewhere next time.
